ROC Financial Solutions vacation rental program is meant to be scalable, and there is no hard limit to how many properties an investor can finance with us.  Commonly, a customer obtains a cash-out refinance from us to purchase or improve their next investment.

  • 5+ properties, minimum loan amount of $500,000

  • Minimum individual property values of $45,000 ($40k/door for multi-unit properties)

  • Sponsor Median FICO 660+

Minimum Qualification Criteria - Rental Portfolio Loan Program II LIO

  • Eligible Properties (Non-Owner-Occupied): SFR, Condo, Townhouse, and Multifamily

  • 5+ properties, minimum loan amount of $100,000

  • Minimum individual property values of $50,000 ($50k/door for multi-unit properties)

  • Sponsor Median FICO 680+
